Staff can edit posts alongside you, and anyone else would lead to massive "HE HIJACKED MY TOPIC" messages flooding the staff's inboxes. -1

[/quote] I don't feel like jumping into the whole debate (The programmers probally will overlook this thread, regardless), but there's one flaw with the team you listed. In [u]Pokemon: 4Ever[/u] (That's right) [u]the Voice of the Forest,[/u] he does have a Charizard, like you mentioned on his team, but in [u]Pokemon: The Mirage Master[/u], he also has a Dragonite, so it would be out of place to not have that on his team. With Blastoise on his team, Gyarados would be somewhat redundant, so Dragonite would be a reasonable replacment for Gyarados.

Support. This alongside the ability to take items from Pokemon in the PC without having them in your party would make Lucky Egg hunting easier

The ability to view other Trainer Cards would make these "badges" able to be implimented on the back of the card

I was thinking 2M (2 Million) for a permanant VIP Pass. In terms of previous Pokemon that some people may have missed, I found it to be a 100% nessesity, seeing as people that joined the community after November are forced to scavange the Trade chat for the "Spooky" Pokemon as of now. As for making rare Safari Zone pokemon more common, anything beyond a 2.5 multiplyer for encounters for Chansey, Tauros, and such would cause a crippling in the Lucky Egg/Safari Pokemon market.
