How to play:
Ticket price is $60k. Mail the money to me (ammonlam) and leave a comment for a number you picked from 0-22.

How to win:
Once all the numbers are picked I’ll closed the lottery. I'll use the MID michganlottery number for that day to generate the winning number.
(If you don't like numbers, you can skip this part. I leave it here to show I cannot cheat in picking the winner)
Take the 4 MID number randomly drawn here https://www.michiganlottery.com/daily_4_info and mod it by 23, that gives our winning number
(I’ve thought about this for a long time. This ensures I cannot pick the number myself and makes it totally random)
Example: say the lottery ended on May 30. I’ll wait till the next day so that we can see the lottery result for May 30.
how to screen capture
If the MID number is 7266, then the winning number would be 7266 mod 23 = 21
More example: if the MID number is 9534, winning number would be 9534 mod 23 = 12
if the MID number is 3568, winning number would be 3568 mod 23 = 3
