  1. has to be with the super rod.
  2. Pretty much any area where the reporters would be that script error pops up, so lots of places near Mauville and fortree city.
  3. Need more gym badges, it's essentially a different game/character on the emerald ROM and once the kanto pokemon trickle over badge level you need to earn their trust again. Just make your hoenn team in the meantime and train them up in levels. You can use your lvl 50-100 kanto pokemon just fine when you get to the elite four so you really only need to use 3-4 hoenn pokemon through the story.
  4. There is a 21K fee for specifying the female gender for one of this 1:8 ratio from the daycare man, so that might be the main driver in price.
  5. Yeah, a lot of the earlier explanations wouldn't have helped if it wasn't clear that you didn't have emerald rom installed in the first place, hope you have fun with the new content, warning you will be stuck in it until you get to the 5th town / city and can't have access to your kanto team (stuck in your PC) until you get enough gym badges.
  6. need to go back to main screen (login screen) and find an emerald ROM to load into it if you want to play it. will need to find your own copy of emerald ROM on the web (search for it in google). Once you have it you can put it near your current Firered Rom's location and upload it in the main menu's option of "Manage ROMs". This should give you access to the Hoenn side of the story as well as the 100+ pokemon there.
  7. It's in hoenn, the emerald side of the MMO, can't help much besides that and it isn't too far from where you can actually catch feebas. Just play the story. go to Vermillion city if your stuck in the kanto side and go to the port.
  8. Same way you do in handheld games, grind some dry berries into the berry blenders in the poke contest hall in lilycove city, took me about 12+ blue plus pokeblocks so that's about 50 medium grade dry berries like kelpsy and bluk. Then once it's maxed out (any additional blue pokeblocks will have no effect) you level it up once. If you have a nature that increases sp attack it will take less berries, if it takes sp attack away it will increase the number of berries.

    question

Would be an original guide, 1st page of this guide shows the recommended cash holders for rerunning the islands for cash earning that is the closest to what you are proposing. guide to money making multiple methods. Only thing I see and it only has the cash earned from beating them, not the fully lvled up pokemon or 4-6 pokemon they all run. Don't think you need to worry about learning what moves they learn as well, that will just be too tedious for you. As far as I can see, there is no guide for that out there and the bulbapedia guide has a few pokemon from the rematch, but not is what is currently in game now. Would be a fun and useful guide for people that need help with lvl 50 pokemon, 1st step to make it popular would be the e4 and their scaling effect, pretty unique and recent to this MMO mod, so if it's not in this forum would be a good place to start. Might be good to figure out the moves from those pokemon.

    question

like a complete listing of all the trainers and what pokemon they have, or of other players? if it's NPCs, then there are several lists out there already back when this game was on handhelds only, bulbapedia.bulbagarden serebii pokearth Might be able to do a vs seeker listing if you wanted to do that.
  11. Look in the in-game pokedex, there's a tab for bulbasour that tells you what moves it can learn, what level, or where it can learn the moves from, don't worry I asked the same thing 2 weeks ago.
  12. Will give credit that the story is directly tied to the eventual conflict of meeting the legendary, and that the missing prize of a rayquaza or groudon / kyoger in original Ruby / saphire games where the conflict of the story took place hinders the MMO story. The hour long struggle of trying to fit those pokemon into an ultra/dusk ball to save your masterball for latios /latias was the climax of the cartridge at that point and the following games followed up on it. Missing that conflict does leave a gaping hole in the MMO story we are playing, but it does save us from having those pokemon rule over the game to trade it off. Region wise I enjoy it for the fact that each area has 1 rare pokemon that justifies hanging around in each area trying to find it before moving on to the next area, and the more extreme weather gives wise to more unique pokemon you expect to live in it. Does have alot of back tracking that will lose people that don't pay too much attention to the dialogue, so a walkthrough guide of which city / route to go to in order will be a big help if this is your first time playing it, especially the order of the gang events you need to follow.
  13. Glad to see someone else that has seen the show. Fits well with all the beasts used in all the sigs I've seen from a brief glance. I think everyone else will guess it's a shiny Arcanine or some linoone. Okay that's reassuring, thanks for clueing me into the community reference.
  14. also going to throw out some other mecha, might be a bit older so crunchyroll may not be only source you'll need Break Blade - recent production IG work that has solid animation and fight scenes with well done CGI to have fluid movement and rotations. Blue Gender - Older show with a darker theme of the future, show aired in 1990's and the story is a darker tone that fits well with attack on titan in a sci fi setting. Surprisingly good romance sub plot with the dynamic character interactions that change over the show. Mobile Suit Gundam 08th MS team - if you want to watch a realistic mech show with the equivalent of the Vietnam war. Also Suisei no Gargantia - same script writer as Psycho Pass, Gen Urobuchi
  15. Thanks for the welcome everyone, though I hope this notice wasn't calling for moderator notice or anything about my username (I've had it for last 7 years).
  16. Hello everyone that was curious enough to check out this post. I'm NuttyNutts, long time player of the handheld games (since Red, that I still have, and caught all pokemon up to B & W 5th Gen) and first time being in a place that I can try out the competitive / multiplayer aspects of the team. After seeing the hype about pokemon go and having a windows phone due to being 100% in Microsoft environment due to hololens development, I got led to this game mod / community and have been having a blast with the nostalgic game that still is fun (I do need to listen to podcasts while playing though). I'm still in grad school learning about Augmented Reality, been in Computer Engineering major for last 4 years after watching Ghost in the Shell and Dennou Coil anime. So I'll be taking residence in this game to have fun with the aspects that Pokémon Go are lacking now in gameplay mechanics depth until I get going in hololense app development making the next level of immersion with our favorite creatures. Don't be surprised that I break into technobabble about networking packets and object oriented coded if someone complains about a feature that is lacking in this game. Also the sig pic is from Natsume Yuujinchou before anyone asks, and Cradily is my go to pokemon ingame right now, at least with PvE. I'll be with The Crazy Bunny Crew for the near future. Looking forward to trading and competing and brainstorming fun game ideas with you guys in this forum and in game chat. Sincerly, NuttyNutts.
  17. Might try Dimension W, Character designer of Darker than Black went on to make this series and fits into the future dystopian theme of Psychopass, little bit more optimistic and cheerful. As for mecha try out Gundam iron Blood Orphans, new story arc so you can jump in on it without worry of watching previous gundam series and has some good space zero g mech battles that are fluid in animation. Also hi everyone in this thread. favorite girls would be a three way tie between Kurisu (Steins;Gate) Holo/Horo (Spice and Wolf) and San (Princess Mononoke).
  18. I know swam and suction cups work, scyther with swarm for 10% increase in finding wild pokemon, helps in safari zones, and cradily with suction cups to help improve the fishing success rate so less button presses / waiting. Just helps in general with EV farming / poaching to not waste time and be in battle more frequently.
  19. Just wanted to give a nice shout out to the Miyano Gif from the Tanaka - kun anime. Just didn't expect to see something from that show at all on the internet until your sig popped up, even though the show is one of my favorites.

It's a very relaxing show. Easily one of my favourites. I had a flying witch siggy before, loved that show as well.

Amanchu and Sweetness & Lightning are good shows to fill the relaxing spot this season, Also looking forward to Natsume Yuujinchou season 5 in the Fall.

I will definitely give it a try when I get some time. I have watched only a few episodes of natsume yujinchou. Too little time and so many things to do

  20. Did not know of that feature, will check it out now. I did realize how much easier it is now to catch water pokemon now that the rod category is listed next to their name and spot. Gotta kick that habit of going to serebii for when these encyclopedic type of questions/planning pops up. Thanks for the response. Now my little pup can grow up now without worry.
  21. http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-rs/058.shtml Gen 3 list for Growlithe that does not have heat wave through leveling up but as an egg move http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/058.shtml Gen 4 list for Growthlithe that does give him heat wave at lvl 45. If it was just Gen 3 then he would not have learned it.
  22. Hello, long time pokemon hand held player here, up to Black & White 2, and just blazed through the Kanto league in 2 days after joining. Was wondering what generation of move sets does PokeMMO follow. I mainly ask because I have a Growlithe I've been raising along up to lvl 55 and holding off evolving to Arcanine, and was expecting it to learn Flare Blitz at some point going off SoulSilver (Gen IV) move list because it learned heat wave in the 40's, and Gen IV makes sense since we had to load up a SS Rom for the pokemon follower feature. So my guess is that we follow a latter Gen move (IV to VI) set list to get the most up to date and number of moves available, but are still restricted to moves that existed at Gen III for the current game. Am I correct, and if so what Generation for future planning?
