Hi, i want to make a team for little cup but i want to know if the little cup tournaments has a lvl 5 cap, because i can see on pokemon summary a button to see the stats at level 5. If there isnt a cap for the level, can i use attacks that the pokemon learns after level 5? I searched on the forum and on the tournaments information but didnt find any aclaration about that.
