I did not say that they should be asking for anything back. I asked once and he declined. I never bothered about it again because yes it is my fault for being naive. But it is not my fault that he is a bad person you see? two different things though. The scamming should be blamed on the scammer which will scam once or more times again, but the victim will learn her or his lesson and tbh there is not enough awareness about this. People do still trust others too much and you do not see pokemmo stuff caring as much as they should about these cases at all, maybe it is not their place to change the rules but they should speak up. Well this case is not isolated, as you can see, others have also agreed that Rick should be banned or be punished at least because of his countless scams.

Never did I say it was not personal. the only thing i said similar to that is "There are so many reasons why i have all these mental diseases but i do not have to disclose them here publicly". The reason why i dint want to disclose my other stories was because i did not need to. I only stated the ones that effected me the most. I made it very personal because it is related to why scamming is a problem in my opinion. People who have those mental illnesses or is going through very rough times like i am could suicide or have their illnesses get worse if something they find devastating happens to them ( in my case, being scammed off my pokemons ). I know you agree with me on this. Just trying to clarify things here. IDK if you're being sarcastic but it isnt pointless to me cause at least this post can and is spreading awareness, even if it only saved one person from getting scammed. It's worth it.

I do not agree with you that it is the victim's fault. Again, you can't tell who is really your friend or not ,who is bad or good even irl. But yes i guess in reality the world is messed up and there is no point in believing in such things as "good people". So, i guess negativity wins this round and i agree on your second opinion to some point. Without proof yes, it can be ignored, but if there are screenshots or videos of the scam taking place then they should do something about it.

Well i'm sorry that you're going through whatever you're going through but the reason why it isnt the case for you is because you might not find pokemmo to be the game that you can focus your energy on. Making my own comp pokemons made me feel way better and rather than having negative thoughts and negatives feelings, i thought about vs seeker or seeling stuff on GTL to breed better pokemon. Not everyone has the same story and strength, some might be weaker than I am and this game and the clan members that the players might have, would be the only thing the person has to be happy about. So, if that person goes through what i am and did go through they probably would suicide (due to too much pressure, stress and voices in their head).

kakiki. none taken. I totally agree with that. I just wanted people to be a little bit more aware of why it is a problem and how it can lead to even people having suicidal thoughts.

Yes its long because i want people to understand why it is a problem since most people on pokemmo are trolls and find it funny and are in disbelief that scamming does badly effect people who goes through what i am going through and I just wanted people who think they can have faith in humanity to realize that they are just way too naive. Ok here is my story. I was scammed by a player user named *removed*, i dont recall, his real name is Rick .I added him from knowing that he has an espeon with the name neferpitou which is a character from my favorite anime. So, we talked about animes that we knew and yeah we got along. You see I understand that you're not supposed to be so naive in games like this. But at the time I was still going in and out of depression. I have been diagnosed with manic depression, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, and eating disorder as well. I was given drugs by my psychiatrist but they never worked for me so i stopped. I lost my father at a very young age and I lost my stepdad very recently. There are so many reasons why i have all these mental diseases but i do not have to disclose them here publicly. I do not have much of a social life because of these mental diseases. I used to sing, write songs and poems but now i do not have the spirit to any longer. The only thing I do is talk to my clan members, go to college and back, work out ( going into it to hopefully help me get better) and play pokemmo. At the time when I was speaking with rick, I was in the road of wanting to get better. He said he wanted to borrow my pokemon to join a clan tourney of his. So, me as a stupid human being as I was, I accepted. Would you like to know why? because I told myself, have a little faith in people, it might bring you a little more happiness, so i did. My pokemons were comp pokemons and they cost about 3m all together. So, after a day I asked him to return it and he says that he has mail it to me but SURPRISINGLY I did not get it. Then I started getting upset and told him that he has two days to return them to me cause he said he accidentally sent it to his friend who has a similar name, I called BS on that but I did not tell him. I waited the two days and then I saw him on trade chat and clicked on his name. HE BLOCKED ME. I sent him a message through my other account and he just replied deal with it. You need to understand that ,I forced out my feelings when I was playing and breeding my pokemon to perfection. They made me happy, they gave me something to do and it took me 3 minutes to actually take in that they have actually been taken away from me. I told my clan mates, they tried to convince him to give my pokemons back but he blocked them. I cried that day, I cried as if I lost a good friend because to me my pokemons were my company, my hard work, something I can be proud of to other players and my clan mates. My clan mate then found 3 GMS and 2 CMS at a place in channel 7. we both went and told them what happened. no one replied but one and he said " we can't do anything about scamming, it is your RESPONSIBILITY to not get scammed ". Yes people this is one of the few games that do not give the ability for a player to report another player and for him to say it is my responsibility to be able to read minds and know the difference between bad people and good people, I found it freaking mad. Fine I can't get them back but why can't his account be banned from playing? no, scamming is not a part of the game. It is not because you might think it is not a big deal. oh its just pokemon!! well to some its not JUST pokemon. I am not finding your pity nor am I finding for comments that will say and you click confirm? are you stupid? I know, I freaking know. Being a person who believes there is good in people is so freaking stupid and being a person who takes away somebodies time, effort and happiness is just fine and can be tolerated. All I want is for everyone to know that scamming is more than just a game, it does something to people like me. It's not something you can just swipe away. If any of you needs somebody to talk to or is going through the same thing as I am feel free to message me. I just hope these scammers find true happiness instead of stealing other people's happiness.
