No hay conversión directa de Dinero Real a Pokeyen, puedes comprar 1000RP a 10$ y los objetos comprados con eso venderlos por un total de 1m aproximadamente, pero ese precio es estipulado por los jugadores y no por el juego, en mi opinión 85~100$ por 1000RP (que sería la única conversión posible) es extremadamente exagerado. Además de que obviamente no puedes cambiar objetos del juego por dinero real con otros jugadores, es una ofensa grave y baneable. There's not a direct conversion of Real Money to Pokeyen, you can buy 1000RP for 10$ and sell the items obtained from the gift shop for approximately 1m, but that's a price made completely by the players and not by the game, in my opinion 85~100$ for 1000RP (which is the only possible conversion) it's extremely exaggerated. Needless to say that you can't trade game goods for real money with other players, it's a grave and baneable offense.

If you mean Doubles 2 players against 2 players that's not possible yet. I personally believe it should be a thing, dunno if it has been suggested before, feel free to make a suggestion in Suggestion Box.

I'm not really sure about the complexity of the task so i won't say anything about that, i mean yeah, i bet they could work something out, but i bet they start doing that and Legendary Dungeons get delayed and people complain. Seasonals don't have their events and people complain. Sinnoh species get further away and people complain. In my head i just find selfish for people to complain with devs over "you're taking too long" in some instances. And i know there will always be someone complaining, i just get mad when i see people that i know aren't stupid complaining as if everything is going to be easily fixed just by saying "work harder lol we mad game ded"

Yes, but you can't work 100% in several projects at the same time. They didn't say no, but you people are taking it as a no, sometimes i feel like people just look for excuses to complain, seriously. I'm in favor of this suggestion but i'm aware we can't have it implemented immediately because i know we have a limited amount of developers, they don't feel like hiring people, i can understand why, deal with it.

One Piece is my favourite, really a masterpiece, Luffy is easily the best anime/manga character out there in my personal opinion.
