i last played on the 10th of march 2017, but my friend still has his account and hadn't played since before then

I played about a year ago i decided to come back on, whilst trying to get back onto my account and trying different passwords i got on to see that there was only a create new character button i made a new character and called it TLGG but there was no save data, i definitely remember my name being YTTLG as my friend has me on his friends list, his name is Wiblee. Can you help?
