My question is simple. I catched my Pikachu and she had a Light Ball on her. Do I let her like that in the long run across Kanto or should I evolve her in Raichu? Wich one is the most powerful ? Thanks!

Hello everyone, i'm Eric. I've been playing Pokemon since i'm a kid and I just found out this game. My favorite Pokemon is by far Sableye and I do love all Ghost types. My goal for now is to complete all the Pokedex. That's all, maybe we'll see each other in game soon!
