Password reset

Hey sorry to be a bother but can i reset my password i couldn't  sign in to the mobile app so can i get the email to reset it

You could try resetting your password at the Password Change page. Alternatively, if you lost access to your email address, you could try changing it at Email Change page and then change your password at the link shown above.

Thank you for the help but the change password page says i need my old password and i don't remember it thats the problem could you help me with that if its not too much?

In this case, Forgot Password page should do the job. :)

to be processed by our system. Has it been over 48h yet? If yes, please create
