How do i recover my old Pokemons?

Hey, I´m an really old player of Pokemon MMO back in the day when there was only 1 region, and i had this full op team but when i downldoaded it back again yesterday  none of my pokemons are there and im using the same account can some one tell me whats happening?

Please make sure you're accessing the same account you used before and you didn't send those pokemons to anyone on the last time you played.
