• You must bring a level 5 Togepi which knows Metronome (Extras will be supplied by SerpentLord if needed)
• You can only use Metronome while battling; using any other move will mean disqualification.
• This is a fairly casual event, just show up and enjoy the randomness!
• If either player runs out of Metronomes, you must rematch
