Have a time period between listing an item and the listing going live

I have this issue sometimes and I see many cases of this on GTL where someone lists an item for the wrong price and don't even have time to cancel the listing because there are like a couple hundred people in GTL checking and buying then in less then a millisecond I feel like. My suggestion is that there is a 1 minute timer at least between listing something, and the listing going live so there is a timeframe to cancel it before someone just snipes it and makes a profit, which just feels really scummy to me.
