exp distribution modes between traditional and xy

I have a suggestion that would be very useful
it would be the option to choose the exp distribution mode
being able to choose between the traditional distribution mode and the mode shown in pokemon x and pokemon y in which the exp is divided between the team this would be very useful for those who don't have so much free time and consequently cannot train in order to continue the gameplay
I made a concept art of how this option could be found (remembering that once you chose one of the modes you can't change it anymore only if you create another character)

I don't find it useful neither realizable. It's and MMO you have to grind for experience and so on.

Hello, this mecanic was added in the last generations of Pokemons games, so it is not present in the generations currently supported in PokeMMO. And it would make the game very easy, and the devs like to keep the game a bit challenging. Also training your pokemons is an important part of the journey ?
