A Chat Command That Reports NPCs/Swarms Automatically

Question

A Chat Command That Reports NPCs/Swarms Automatically

Players are reporting NPC locations via global chat on events. I had a idea to make a player useable text command  (for example /report) that runs a script to send a premade message to everyone to report NPC/Swarms from a event.

Script Line

1. Check what is the player location and check if its right next in distance to a event NPC / Swarm. If not, nothing happens.

2. Check if this is a swarm or is a NPC from a event. Check if it hasnt been reported before, because they can only be reported globally once. If not, proceed.

2. Send to every player a System Message, a text box on middle/bottom of screen (like Tournament winners or legendary reports).

Example:

[Variable1] reported [Variable2] [Variable3]. Go find it before it flees.

Replacing:

MightyMichele reported a swarm of bulbasaurs on Route 24. Go find it before it flees.

Which variables are:

1 - Name of player.

2 - Text of the name of NPC or the name of the swarm.

3 - Text of the area location.

Reason for the suggestion: global is going through a lot and sometimes I get headache to find the NPC location. But System message could help, but not eliminate completely the usability of reporting via global chat manually writing texts.

This suggestion does not make a player able to write system message like community moderator do. But it sends a premade message by just submitting a chat command.
