The possibility of adding roaming gym leader and elite 4 like the anniversary event

I think it is a good idea for many players to encounter roaming gym leaders and elite 4 outside the gyms. As we know, some gym leaders are difficult to reach. For the Elite 4 members, players may not want to challenge them all at once. I suppose the roaming NPC setting can be a surprise to our daily playing.
