[QoL] Be able to mute shiny and secret shiny particle sound for a Pokemon

In the particle tab for any shiny pokemon, there should be a setting to disable the noise that the shiny particle makes. This would make it easier to hear a real shiny while also being able to see the shiny particle every encounter. It would be cool to shiny hunt with the shiny particle on without having to mute the game.

There is, just click the star. Then no particle sound.

I want to have the shiny particle on while having it muted and there is a particle sound on shinies.
