我自个儿抱怨头目，直接就被骂傻b，你们是有啥病？见人就骂傻b？还没搞清楚就乱骂。更可笑的事我tmd说英文你们这些傻逼中国人还说我在狗叫？说英语你们都能心碎？那么玻璃心别玩游戏，别出来，躲在家舔你们的维尼熊就好

Fucking china player always call the foreign player as '傻逼' which has the meaning of stupid and idiot guys without any reason. Just because they think they are the best in this world. Why gm did not take any action on these china player?

We do.

During the investigation, we check the cause of the report- what sparked the situation to happen, and what is punishment history of the player. The next action depends on that- someone with no history can be given a warning, depending on the severity of their actions. 

We don't always ban players, but it's also done and depends on the situation.
We always advise blocking players to avoid escalation- after all, both you and the player are only human and mistakes happen. I understand of course the situations like this are not nice, so we aim to always prevent players from continuing their behavior.
