HobartBrown Posted January 28, 2023 Share Posted January 28, 2023 I've been playing the game for days on my phone "Samsung Galaxy A13 5G" and today I updated to "One UI Core 5 (Android 13)" and after that the game kept crashing with the message "Sorry, this application cannot run on this platform". So I restarted the game after checking the forums so I could get a screenshot or a number to make a support ticket but I got temp banned for client tampering before I could get the chance. I wasn't tampering with anything, just trying to play the game. Now when I try to make a ban appeal I get an error message saying "403 ERROR BAN_APPEAL_RULES_5", I couldn't figure out what this means. So now I can't make a support ticket for the crashing or a ban appeal. Please help. Link to comment
