Log with your In-game credentials of affected account. Will take a while to they answer so wait. Don't post here expecting to speed up process because it wont. Check your ticket once it got answered. If they accept, you can play again like nothing happened... Just be careful to not break rules again. If they denied, your account is loss. Decision is final. You must check your denied ticket. If they say that any new account will be banned regardless of you break rule on it or not, well, you can open Microsoft Store, Steam, Epic Games store... Any place to download a new game, because you're not allowed to play MMO anymore. If they says that you can create a new account and play on it, well, you can create a account and returns if wish to play again. Have a nice day.
