Possible mass bans?

Greetings, my name in game was known as Darkneu I say known because I have come across a permanent "ban" for an RMT which I have not committed

  know that for many you are tired of reading, listening and all that the unfair word, I did nothing and all that, but the current situation here in the game is that the moderators

 They are not talking enough with the game staff... I know they have a lot of work in the game and to start responding to each report of this in an appeal, I imagine it is a lot

 but you have to be a little delicate when answering each message one by one and not post a simple message that seems to be an automatic bot that responds to this type of situation

 

 

 I personally need proof of the act, which tells me that I was "caught" doing this act, because I have been playing pokemmo for more than 7 years, dedicating hours and money to the game

 I know more than anyone what is right and wrong ,,, I would never lend myself to these situations

 I have seen and heard several bans for this reason with the same date,,,, the only thing that occurs to me that I have bought between one of those waves of malpractice and has been linked by mistake

 

 

The staff closes the appeals as if nothing, without one being able to express or dialogue, which is why I see the reason for opening this post so that someone please attend to my case well.

 

 

Saludos, mi nombre en juego era conocido como Darkneu digo conocido porque me eh topado con un "ban" permanente por un RMT el cual no eh cometido

se que para muchos estan cansado de leer, escuchar y todo eso la palabra injusta , yo no hice nada y todo eso,pero la situacion actual aqui en el juego es que los moderadores 

no estan dialogando lo suficiente con el peronsal del juego ... se que tienen mucho trabajo en el juego y para ponerse a responder cada reporte de esto en una apelacion me imagino que es mucho

pero hay que tener un poco de delicadeza al responder uno a uno cada mensaje y no poner un simple mensaje que parece qeu es un bot automatico que responde este tipo de situaciones

 

yo en lo personal necesito pruebas del acto el cual me dicen que fui "sorprendido" haciendo este acto, porque tengo mas de 7 años jugando pokemmo dedicando horas y dinero al juego

se mas que nadie lo que esta bien y mal ,,, nunca me prestaria para esta situaciones

eh visto y escuchado varios baneo por este motivo con la misma fecha ,,,, lo unico que se me ocurre que haiga comprado entre una de esas ola de mala practica y haiga quedado vinculado por error 

 

el staff cierra las apelaciones como si nada , sin uno poder expresar o dialogar por eso me veo el motivo de abrir este post para que alguien por favor atienda bien mi caso.
