Gym rebattle IVs and natures

Is there any way that the IVs and EVs for gym rebattles can be made available? We've been attempting to run some calcs and are under the assumption that Gym Rebattle teams are perfect IV and 85 EV accorss unless they're: Special attackers, in which case they have 0 Atk IV no EVs there, or Gyro Ball users, in which their nature is Brave with 0 IV no EVs on Speed or is blissey with no item and no EVs. Also is it true that certain pokemon like Norman's Staraptor/Tauros have a random chance of 2 natures?
