Tyranitar alpha mount silver is for a limited time?

I have a question which has me confused, since there is a group of people who say that alpha tyranitar of silver mount is limited in time.

I think not, you only need complete national dex to access mt silver tho

The other question that I have, if the alpha tyranitar, when defeating or capturing it, disappears forever or spawns from time to time as a Red, which spawns once a week

Once you Defeat the Alpha Tyranitar & 3 Normal HA Tyranitars, it will Respawn back until you Catch it!

 

If you Caughted the Alpha Tyranitars & 3 Normal HA Tyranitars, it won't Spawn the New Alpha Tyranitar Swarm anymore as using the Current Character. The only way to get another Alpha Tyranitar Swarm is to Create New Characters & Catch it! (On New Character, you need Completed All National Dex in Pokédex & Beating E4 & Champion Lance in Pokémon League)

 

The Alpha Tyranitar Swarm always Stay as Permanent until you Catch it, even Before facing Red as 1st Time & after you beat Red & Gone for a Week.
