[QUESTION] Are Custom Vanities possible?

As title says, would it be possible to create custom vanities to replace some of the one currently in the game. I've looked thru the game files a little bit but I couldn't even find where the textures are even stored (also my textures.pak file wouldn't open nor could I extract the contents.) i haven't seen anything on the forums about this either so i decided to make a post to see if this is something people haven't done cause its not possible or against the rules before i start poking around my game files.
