Add a BP vendor for bracers to every daycare

1. I think it would make sense, because now we keep flying back and forth to buy bracers. Meanwhile players who breed with money can simply camp at daycare.

 

2. It would be an incentive to play pvp for players who are not aware that you can even buy bracers with battle points as the 2 available BP vendors are quite hidden.

 

3. The option to buy bracers with BP wouldn't be limited to only Hoenn and Unova anymore.

Agreed with number 3. if not directly at the breeder, they should at least have BP vendors in each region
