Explanation of advertising issues

Recommended Posts

The different network environments in different regions can lead to cognitive differences, so I would like to introduce our situation to the official staff. In our country, there are a lot of open screen advertisements on our mobile app. We have a detestable form of advertising called 'shake it'. It will read the data of the phone's gyroscope or attitude sensor when opening the app. Whenever there is a change in posture on your phone, it will wake up another app, which is an advertising platform. This type of advertisement has almost no reaction time, unless you place your phone flat on the table, there is a 99.99% chance that you will be caught because you have no time to click the "skip" button. So we once went to the Google Play Store to download the app because developers would follow the design guidelines there. But later on, this method was also to some extent eliminated, so we developed a corresponding app that automatically clicked the "skip" button to ensure that advertisements like "shake" that did not give people a chance to react were triggered.
I believe that many people in our region have reported this software during this test, (hello. litiaotiao. app), which is the most widely used skip advertising app. I hope that the official can consider refining the detection mechanism in the future, as frequent opening and closing of such software can make people feel tired. For example, personally, I may log in to the trading bank during work hours, or watch a PVP game, which lasts for a short time but is more frequent. I personally do not want to face advertisements like "shake", so I will ensure that the app is running without advertising, which conflicts with mmo. Although the app can be adjusted to not take effect on mmo, it will still be detected.
Based on this situation, many of us find it difficult to balance MMO and the opening and closing of skip advertising apps
This is due to our network environment. Once again, we sincerely hope to consider refining the detection mechanism. Thank you.
