Ciudad batallas es un campeonato/torneo de pokemmo inspirado en la saga de ciudad batallas de Yugioh donde el perdedor le otorgaba su carta mas rara al ganador, en este caso será con pokemon, este torneo esta enfocado en que cualquier jugador pueda participar por lo que se usaran únicamente Pokémon capturados en la duración de torne además en cada enfrentamiento estarán apostando uno o mas de sus pokemon que usan en combate añadiendo una profundidad al juego, a su vez tendrán 1 semana para poder avanzar en la region de sinnoh todos iniciando la aventura o region simultáneamente, así quienes puedan acceder a ciudad canal (donde se harán las Clasificatorias) y juntar una cantidad determinada de un item para clasificar a las rondas de eliminación, ítem que también apostaran por combate (mismo que otorgare en su inscripción) ya que el único requisito es que el personaje con el que jugaran sea uno que no tenga sinnoh y todos iniciaremos en Sinnoh, al ganador del primer lugar se le dará 1 millón de pokedolares aunque el premio puede aumentar a traves de donaciones para el evento

Battle City is a pokemmo championship/tournament inspired by the Yu-gi-oh Duel monster Battle City Saga, where an rule in the tournament is that the winner of a Duel could take the rarest card from the loser's Deck(any card of the winner's choice in the Japanese version and in this version), in this case it will be with Pokemon, this tournament is for any player being able to participate that make the Only Pokémon captured during the duration of the tournament will be used to battle. In addition, in each duel they will be choice to take one or more of their Pokémon that they use in combat to beding adding strategy in to the game. you will have 1 week to advance in the Sinnoh region, everyone starting the adventure in sinnoh region simultaneously, so those who can access the canal city (where the Qualifiers will be held) and collect a certain amount of an item to qualify for the elimination rounds, an item that will also bet on combat (the same that I will grant in their registration) since The only requirement is that the character you will play with is one that does not have Sinnoh and we will all start in Sinnoh, the first place winner will be given 1 million of pokeyen although the prize can increase through donations for the event

Clasificatorias: 11 de noviembre a las 8 pm Hora México  convertidor de zona horaria en Isla Hierro 

Semifinal y fina cima de Mt Moon a las (hora por definir en función de los participantes)

 

Las reglas del torneo son las siguientes:

1.- Todo Jugador solo puede inscribirse con una sola cuenta y personaje, cualquier jugador al que se le sorprenda usando multicuentas para tener mas oportunidades se le eliminara del torneo
2.-Todo participante del torneo solo podrá jugar en combates hacia otro jugador con pokemon cuyo EO sea de un personaje que este inscrito en el Torneo y Que este capturado entre el 4 de noviembre al 12 de noviembre

  2.1.-No se puede criar Pokemon con movimiento huevo o que sean criados no se pueden utilizar
  2.2- Solo pokemon capturados en sinnoh, no puedes usar pokemon de otra Region a menos que lo captures en una manada o aparicion alpha dentro de la region de sinnoh
  2.3- no puedes usar pokemon no intercambiables, ya que no se pueden apostar, esto aplica para todos los pokemon con la cinta regalo
  2.4- nada de esto aplica para los pokemon de evento que tendran algunos movimientos huevo y son criados estos son exclusivos de la ruleta (vease el punto 7) ademas que dejaran de ser los pokemon de evento si llegas a utilizarlo para la crianza

3.-Puedes retar o desafiar a cualquier jugador en el torneo pero todo estos retos se informaran en el discord del evento

  3.1.-Si Retas a alguien se requerirá citar a tu oponente y la prescencia de algun organizador que se compruebe tu equipo para ver que todos los pokes sean legales para su uso, el EO debe ser tuyo o de cualquier participante y debe ser capturado cuando el torneo esta activo 

  3.2.-Solo se puede retar a alguien con la misma cantidad de medallas que tu (esto se hace para que los duelos sean balanceados ya que uno de los requisitos es que tu pj tenga la region de sinnoh sin acabar)

  3.3.-Si retas a alguien debes especificar Lugar(Lago veraz, ciudad jubileo, etc), tipo de combate (doble,triple,individual,rotatorio o aleatorio en cuyo caso solo tendrías que apostar un pokemon de tu eleccion con uno de la eleccion del rival), cantidad de pokemon a usar (3 vs 3, 4 vs 4, 6 vs 6) y cantidad de apuesta (3 pokemon y una carta localizadora) por ejemplo:

  3.4.- nadie esta obligado a aceptar retos asi que facilemente pueden negarse a aceptar los retos, pero recuerda que un @Supervisor de torneo debe estar presente en la batalla
  3.5.- Una vez terminado el duelo el ganador escoge al pokemon que quiere de su rival (tiene que ser uno que uso en el combate) y el perdedor debera darselo junto con las cartas localizadoras que entrego
  3.6- Se prohibe el uso de las cajas de combate, esto para que las personas en lugares con acceso con MO tengan que usar un pokemon con MO en su equipo 

4.- Puedes pasarte la aventura de sinnoh como gustes pero debes de avisar cuando derrotas a un lider de gimnasio con una captura en el canal ⁠medallero  esto para tener una constancia de como progresa cada jugador y tener los duelos lo mas equilibrados posibles
5.- puedes usar el GTL para comprar items e incluso tarjetas localizadoras pero si compras pokemon se conciente que no los puedes usar en los duelos contra otros jugadores
6.- por lo mismo aparte de recolectar las (numero por decidir) tarjetas localizadoras necesitaras al menos 2 victorias para acceder a las finales

7.- Cada jugador tendra acceso a la ruleta a cambio de 2 tarjetas localizadoras, si tiene suerte podra llevarse un pokemon de evento inspirado en las cartas de yugioh esto se habilitara a partir del 7 de noviembre algunos de estos pokemon incluiran movimientos huevo y estadisticas con 31 ivs y naturalezas convenientes 
8.- Para que el premio del torneo crezca puedes donar la cantidad de dinero o pokemon, items valiosos al menos antes de las finales y se registrara en el canal ⁠de discord o en el foro para que sea algo transparente, los premios para el 2 y 3 lugar o incluso mas se distribuiran a criterio de los organizadores(alpha/3*31/shynis/cosmeticos)

9.-En determinado momento jugadores sacados del torneo se convertiran en cazadores raros y  podran usar pokemon Criados por ellos mismos, sin embargo su unica funcion es sacar jugadores del evento, si llegas a derrotar a alguno felicidades tendras un pokemon posiblemente mejor que el resto

The rules for the Tournament will be the following:
    1.- Each competitor can only register with a single account and character, anyone caught using multiple accounts to have more chances at wining the tournament it will be disqualified.
    2.- Each participant will only be able to battle against another player with a Pokemon whose EO it's from a character that its both registered on the tournament, and was captured between November 4th to November 14.
        2.1 The participants cannot breed Pokemon for the tournament. Pokemon that were breed aren't allowed on the tournament.
        2.2 Only Pokemon captured in Sinnoh are allowed, using Pokemon from another Region is not allowed, unless the Pokemon its captured from a pack or an Alpha Pokemon spawned within the Sinnoh region.
        2.3 Pokemon that cannot be traded will not be allowed, since these Pokemon cannot be used for gambling, this applies to all Pokemon that have a "Gift Ribbon"
        2.4 Any of this rules are aplied to event Pokemon, wich will have some egg moves and are breed. This are exclusive to the "Roulette" (Check rule 7) also, these Pokemon will stop being Event Pokemon if you use them for breeding.

    3.- You can challenge any player or be challenged by any player of the tournament, but, all these challenges must be reported in the event Discord
        3.1 If you challenge someone you must quote/ping your opponent, and the presence of an organizer who will check your equipment to see if are the Pokemon are allowed in the tournament, the EO of your Pokemon must be yours or from any participant's and these should have been captured when the tournament is active.
         3.2 You can only challenge someone that have the same amount of Gym medals as you (It has to be this way to ensure that the duels are balanced, since one of the requirements are that your character haven't finished the Sinnoh region yet)
        3.3 If you challenge someone, you must specify where (Lake Verity, Jubilife City, etc) combat type (Doubles, triples, individual, rotatory or random [you would only have to bet a pokemon of your choice with one of the rival's choice]), Ammount of Pokemon that will be used in battle (3 vs 3 | 4 vs 4 | 6 vs 6) and the bet (3 Pokemon and it's "Locator cards") 
        3.4 No one is forced to accept challenges, so anyone can refuse to accept challenges.
        3.5 Once the duel finished, the winner is allowed to pick one of its rival Pokemon (It has to be one of the Pokemon used on the combat) and the losser must give that Pokemon to the winner alongside the its "Locator cards"
        3.6 The use of combat boxes is prohibited. This will force out players to use Pokemon that have HM's on their teams.

    4.- You can complete your aventure in Sinnoh as you like, but you must notify when you defeat a Gym leader with a screenshot in the channel "Medallion". This in order to have a record of each player its progressing, and to make all duels as balanced as possible.
    5.- You are allowed to use the GTL in order to buy items and "Locator cards", but if you buy pokemon be aware that you cannot use them in duels against other players.
    6.- Because the "Locator cards" have to be collected (Ammount of "Locator cards to be decided) you must have at least 2 victories to advance to the finals of the tournament.
    7.- Each player will have access to the "Roulette" in exchange of 2 "Locator cards", if you are lucky enough you will be able to take an "Event Pokemon" inspired of Yugioh! Cards, this will be enabled from November 7th, and some of these Pokemon will have egg moves included, some stats with 31ivs and natures that benefit them. 
    8.- If you want to make the Tournament Prize to be better, you can donate money or Pokemon, valuable items (At least, before finals) and these will be registered in the Discord Channel or in the forum to make comunication somewhat transparent. The prizes for the 2° and 3° places (And even the rest) will be distributed at the discretion of the organizers  (Alpha Pokemon / 3*31 Pokemon / Shiny Pokemon / Cosmetics)
    9.- At a certain point, players removed from the tournament will be transformed into "Rare Hunters", they will be allowed to breed Pokemon by themselves, but, their only function its to eliminate participants from the tournament, if you manage to beat one "Rare hunters" congratulations, you might be able to get Pokemon that are better from the rest of players.

I'm not there to judge you hosting something but two things:

1st - It would be better to postpone in a week your tour. I doubt someone would take part of an event in the middle of halloween event. Wait until it's over. 
2nd - Please use english, it's just a universal rule of forums and you can get into trouble if you don't follow it.

And this cross whit a tournament of power event, I only delay event a week beacause I come back to class and dont have a time to monitor the event, I see many events in other languages but I try add english traduction of events, thanks for recomendations
