Forgot password and password rest link will not send to my email what do I do

I signed out and idk my password. I made a dumb one as I didnt want my real passowords on a random site idk about yet.

but when I do the forgot password it will not send me the rest link. I checked spam and every folder.

 

what do I do? I can no longer play.

First, make sure you are typing the correct username. A lot of players confuse username with character name when attempting to login in an account after a while without typing their credentials. This could also explain why you're not receiving an email for the "forgot password".

 

If you are sure the username is correct, contact us on support.pokemmo.com with a different account explaining the situation and mentioning the name of your character.
