Changes to monthly/roaming legendaries to keep them more valuable/prestigious

My suggestion:

Limit the amount of roaming legendary pokemon you can catch each month to 1 (so if the available legendaries in the current month are zapdos and entei then it would be possible to find both but you can only catch 1 of them).

 

When new roaming legendaries are added:

With this idea I think that any new roaming legendary added to the game should for the first (partial) month it is available be catchable in addition to 1 of the others.

If the new legendary would count as their only 1 then players that have already caught a different one that month before the new one got added would have missed their chance to get the new legendary before it was even an option and I think this would make players want to wait until later in the month to hunt them possibly causing many players to run out of time to even get 1 roaming legendary.

An alternative solution to this problem would be if new roaming legendaries will always be added at the start of the month.

 

The problems this would solve:

- It would keep the legendaries more rare and thus more valuable over time, especially as more roaming legendaries get added to the game.
- It would prevent "the monthly legendary grind" from getting longer and harder to complete as more of them get added.

- It would greatly reduce the number of player who feel like they've missed out because they weren't able to catch all the legendaries that month, especially as more of them get added.

 

 

I'm still fairly new to pokeMMO (started just under 3 moths ago) so there's a good chance there are parts of the game/community/economy that I'm not aware of that need to be taken into consideration for this suggestion, if so, I would appreciate it if someone would let me know.
