He was 18.2% hp and had rocky helmet Moves don't have a flat amount of damage that they deal, but rather a range: 252+ Atk Choice Band Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Ferrothorn: 28-33 (15.4 - 18.2%) You just happened to roll both the lowest and the highest amount of damage possible assuming a +S.Def nature on Ferro 🙂 lanhero and Zuladra 2 Link to comment
