How is Chandelure right now?

I've been struggling to have success with Chandelure in OU, so I tried looking for better players using it, but I noticed it's not used much right now. Is anybody having success with it? Any tips of teammates and playstyles to make it work? I'd really appreciate some advice.

The main problem Chandelure faces in mid ELO ladder right now is that it's way too predictable, it's almost always Shadow Ball/Fthrower/XXXXX/Trick with Scarf, so playing around it is somewhat easy. You can always try a 252 hp 252 speed Timid substitute/calm mind/flamethrower/shadow ball set (as long as you back it up with something to take care of Tyranitar and its Pursuit), worked wonders for me for a long time because Chandelure being so predictable gives it a lot of set up opportunities while they think you're Trick Scarf.
