Bug no mundo distorcido - Giratina / Bug in Distortion World

There's a bug in the Distortion World, it's not possible to battle Giratina, it causes a fatal crash and messes everything up. In another post it was said that you just need to leave, but I can't find the way. It's also not possible to use fly or escape rope. Please help.

Há um bug no Distortion World, não é possível batalhar com Giratina, dá um crash fatal e buga tudo. Em outro post foi dito que é necessário apenas sair, mas não encontro a forma. Também não é possível usar fly ou escape rope. Ajudem por favor.

Hello,
Please type /Unstuck in chat or click on "unstuck" in Settings > Utility.
This will move you to the starting city after you wait 120 seconds without moving, and enable you to proceed.

EnzoAbbacchio, /Unstuck funcionou. Porém, não consigo continuar o jogo (go to Sandgen, falar com Professor e ir para Sunyshore. Como fazer agora??

You won't, it's bugged so you cannot finish it now, this issue will be fixed in the next client patch so we suggest you do something else in the meantime.
