Fixing Session Relogs and Facilitating testing

Part 1. Relog visual bug

Since the new relog changes have been implemented, the system notification has been extremely bugged, Popping up 8 times every time you enter a doorway, filling up your screen. This needs to be fixed and is extremely annoying.

Part 2. Facilitating Testing.

Since the changes to re-logging sessions, Any form of testing strategies has been completely killed. Having to wait 10 minutes or finding some way to purposefully lose the battle slows any sort of progress to a snails crawl. My solution to this problem is to enable a forfeit button. This could be locked for 2 turns to prevent NPC skip advantage that were extremely targeted in the last update.

It is clear that community collaboration is a big part of the dev philosophy when designing features and I think with a few tweaks we can bring this part of the game more in line with that.
