A single-use consumable item that removes a certain particle from a mon.
Some people prefer clean shinies, and there's no way of removing particles as of now (can only be passed, not removed) - decluttering purposes
It can also become a particle sink of some sort
i.e. try out a particle - oh you don't like it? use a particle chisel.
Another example:
I have my shiny/comp mon defeat the pumpking. Now I have my shiny/comp mon with an automatic extra particle that I didn't want to have in the first place = use particle chisel.
(One solution for this could also be rewarding players with particles as items and not automatically applying them on the team that defeated the halloween boss)
It's understandable that only some people would need/use this from time to time but it could be nice to have, similar to the makeover kit.
