[Implemented] Remove Eevee Trade Cap

Although I understand why the eevee lvl is in place, it also affects people that legitimately want to raise eevee in a specific way.

The common response would be, just trade for it! Right? But what if you want to do something uncommon with an eeveelution, but get a really bad nature?

Imagine that you want an umbreon or espeon with specific movesets or ev spreads, you wouldn't be able to get it because you would need to find someone with a clean eevee with the right nature, and have them train it in a very specific way.

I'd be open to discussing some solutions, but I'm fried right now.

LMFAO!!...But your right, what if my Eevee has a terrible nature!? I can't just reload a save right before I got the Eevee like I could on an emulator...

What about being able to choose what nature for these "trade at lv50" pokemon?

I was thinking of that, but it would be a bit too strange... I was thinking of having eevee spawn at certain spots, or something along those lines.

While this is different I like this idea. Maybe have the encounter rate of the chansey or scyther or something

All will be solved when breeding is implemented, with the trade limits gone and eevees of every nature easily available, there should be no need for a wild eevee spawn.
