PokeMMO displays "Error Saving Config" when attempting to change settings

Problem:
 
When you attempt to save your client's Settings through the in-game menu, the client returns the error "Error Saving Config".
 
Solution:
 
For Windows XP, this problem may be caused by:

• A permissions error, where you do not have permission to write to the folder PokeMMO is being run from.
• A bug in Windows where conflicting folder names may cause parsing errors for file names.
