Team Bases

Change the bases in gen 3 into Team Bases.  Move the cost into the price of making a Team.  Then when a person makes a team, they can goto a base location in Hoenn, and use that place as the Team Base.  Then anyone who joins or is apart of that team, can enter the base and everyone there can hang out.  Try adding things like a team bank, and other stuff kind of like a guild.
