Right now when you travel between a region, for example between Kanto and Hoenn, your item register hotkeys transfer. This makes items like the Bicycle from Kanto stay in it's designated registered button in Hoenn even though the Bicycle from Kanto does not exist. Or if you do not have an item yet like the Old Rod, it remains in your register in Hoenn even though you came from Kanto where you did have the Old Rod.
It would be awesome if your registered items in a region only pertained to that particular region and upon transferring to another region your new hotkey list transferred with it.
