because when it's level 18 , it make the evolve but he don't evolve like normal :c

Ok I think it's because i may use some cheat ^^' sorry for the inconvenience :c And also , it is normal that Poochyena can't evolve ?

Hello i got a little problem with your Update ROM , when i want to open the TM Case , my screen just go black and i can't do anything except reloading a old save :( ( I activate some cheat like Anti-DMA , Infinite Money , Instant Capture ) Thanks in advance for the answer ^^
