Yes it is do-able. While it may seem not possible to do since Cranidos/Rampardos have not been implemented to be able to catch yet, the only way you'd technically be able to do it is via chain breeding. Scraggy/Scrafty learns the move via Level up so get one that knows the move, then breed with a Male Nidoran to produce a Nidoran that now has Head Smash (note: female Nidoran won't cut it here, so you may need to try a couple times so don't bother with IV's). Once you have the male Nidoran with Head Smash, you can now breed it with a female Aron/Lairon/Aggron to get the move Head Smash. Good luck.

@TheDaor Adding onto the above, in case you haven't done so already. All lotteries must be conducted in accordance with the below rules, this includes mailing all the lottery prizes to a supervising staff member who's name you should link into your lottery post for reassurance. I know that any least for single encounters, the probability (as can be proven using logarithmic probability calculations) of encountering a shiny within 30,000 encounters is at around 35%. Also since probabilities are independent in this case, the fact they are consecutive provides no mathematical context. Tweaking the variables for same calculations also states its around 135,000 encounters to have a 99% chance at encountering a shiny, roughly 70,000 encounters for 90% chance as well. N.B. Did these calculations a while ago so I'm just remembering figures off the top of my head, I can recalculate them later for more clarity.

Yeah but you can check the same info you'd get out of the dex and GTL e.g. Pokemon stats, moves, effects of an ability via the internet anyway. Type faster or git gud. If a player is looking up that much information in a comp battle, then they aren't ready for comp yet.

Doing so would be pretty pointless anyway, everything is like 1 google search away these days, a good PVP player should be able to win using sheer skill, experience, general comp knowledge (and RNG) instead.

No you don't, you can and are intended to complete all 3 regions on a single character, to go to another region visit the port city (after 4 badges I believe) of the respective region and you can return to your previous region at anytime prior to unlocking the port city of the new region by speaking to your 'mum' in the new region. You can do so with any member of PokeMMO staff if you wanna be safe, usually just ask in global chat if any staff are on. I doubt it. Khabib is well aware then all he has to do is make it out the first 2 rounds and then wait for Conor's gas tank to run out, if anything Conor needs to sort out his conditioning (the style Khabib uses is draining on opponents) and get more used to working off his back since even in a rematch, Conor being taken down is pretty much inevitable.
