[How do you have your PC organised?]

I'm finding it difficult deciding how to organise my boxes. How do you have yours?

I don't see how anyone can forget that they're in a team? Surely if you're in a team you talk in team chat etc, I see no point in this.

Since I'm a leader of a team I know how all that feels, even though my team hasn't been around for long like yours, it may not be as big as yours but we've had the unexpected and the expected but it just makes us all stronger in the end and sharpens our judgmental skills. If I make someone an officer, I don't do it because they help and recruit loads of people just so they can tell me what they have done and ask if they can be an officer. I do it because I can see they have the right leadership skills and I know I can trust them.
