  1. Hello. It is unfortunately not possible to regain access to an account unless you have your username and password (or have access to the mail connected to your account). In your case, you will have to use these: https://pokemmo.eu/account_forgot_password/ https://pokemmo.eu/account_change_password/ https://pokemmo.eu/account_change_email/ You will then have to check your different emails to see where the information was sent to.   2. Hello. People used to be very good in calling these on /global chat, but I agree it doesn't happen often anymore. Best recommendation I can give is gather a group of players and then actively look in the spots where phenos appear.
