Pvp battles for money would set it apart, the more diversity for ways to earn money , the more players will spend time in game. You also have to analyze the content better, the vets are asking for more enjoyable ways of making money. As it stands now there are only 3 main ways, islands runs, catching ditto's, and creating breeders to sell.

that only addresses the forst portion, adding a cool down on Yen gained in pvp battle would solve a lot. This game needs more ways to gain money enjoyably without it the player base will remain the same with the die hard fans.

You can't multi client in the same computer. Removing alts and making it so 6v6 tm only nets yen, would solve some of this problem. Heck or add a cool down on the next time you get Yen from trainer battles.

Make grinding enjoyable,is what we are pushing for. Even if they increase the payout it is still boring and tedious, since people do it because they have to if they want to continue with their breeding. This is flawed and there should be variety of ways to earn pokeyen in order to keep people playing and in game. Most people start breeding and run of out money and hit a milestone than they have to wait 6 hours for guaranteed money. That or spam thief and covet, I can understand how some people can tolerate such a brain numbing activity, but please add some variety to ways to earn pokeyen. Blonde proposed pvp battles netting Yen which is a great idea, I mean many theme parks reward you for pvp matches why can't this game as well, this will increase player staying logged on as well as retaining players.

I don't play, I spent most of my time playing dota 2. I afk usually in the game trying to sell all my comps before keep leave, because I can't stand to hold the z button for 1 hour to obtain 100k pokeyen anymore. Your comparison of fun grinding to cheats is way out of proportion, sorry but that just doesn't make sense. With cheats you gain stuff without effort, but fun grinding requires work that is tolerable. How would make fun grinding change the economy, you just need make it so the time to reward ratio is similar to how it is now. Also the economy is so poor at the mkment, no one has money to buy comletitves, ive literally spent 3 weeks trying to sell 6 comps. I had to even lower my prices because everyone is so broke, since they don't want to do island runs, island runs is worst than daily in any other theme park mmo.

How did I miss the point? You essentially said a game mechanic shouldn't be fun. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't games created for entertainment you know to have fun. So either you worded your statement wrong or you have no clue how successful games retain their players.

I don't play a game to be bored to death, playing any game should be fun in all aspects in order to retain players....
