Hi, I was wondering if the only way to teach pichu/pikachu volt tackle was to breed it while holding a light ball, since in that case Id have to breed a pikachu with the desired ivs and also a male breed with the same ivs and nature and I was hoping to avoid spending that much by using another method. What if its just money? Its an incentive for newer players to keep logging in and grinding, doesnt fuck up the market like any items. It would have no relevancy for more veteran players but I dont think they need an extra reason to log in, they will just do it anyways.
