Thank you both for your quick response! Puts me at ease. I went through the Support System and filed a ticket, my name is listed as "d65899410" there, not sure why.

I know this isn't the place to post this, and I don't want to rush anybody, I'd just like a better understanding of when my ticket will be seen to? It's been "Awaiting Staff" for over a week now :(

I really want to start making sprite items for PokeMMO, but not if it's gonna absolutely nowhere. I'm not expecting my stuff to be added, but I do want to know how likely it is that it'll be seen by someone official?
