Roughly 2-3 hours with the right method, and supposing you're able to run perfect grinding session exploiting the highest exp yielding pokemon, and even then it also depends on which of the exp growth rates the pokemon has.
http://bulbapedia.bu...wiki/Experience
So suppose you don't have an exp share on it and have a 25% boost from being a donor and marked as one.
A pokemon granting 1000 exp will give out 1250 exp instead, simple math now, i know. Now let's jack it up a notch, exposure to an E4 poke, without an exp share or lucky egg, just that 25% bonus from a levle 30 poke getting experience from say Lorelli's Lapras at level 54. Let's say you're levelling a Butterfree, a medium fast poke. Thats going to be roughly what 1036 exp from the level difference alone?
1036*.25= 259+1036=1295. Still, a drop in the bucket versus what could be done with an egg or exp share.
Now let's go with a 1.5x additional boost. 1295*1.5=1942.5
Let's suppose its a transferred poke to an alt that is at the E4, an additional 1.5x
1942.5*1.5=2913.75
That's a considerable difference in comparison to a simple 25% boost. That's a good chunk of an experience bar even at the high end of the spectrum.

holy shit where the fuck do I even start with this...
First of all, are you certain your numbers are right?... because unless the pokeMMO XP equation has been revealed to you there are at least 2 possible options.
More specifically, we would need to determine exactly how the XP bonus from donor status interacts with the XP bonus from a lucky egg. As you can see below, the numbers differ somewhat depending on this.
1. XP bonuses from the egg and donor status are simply added together..totaling 75% additional experience:
[ex. 1000 x 1.75 = 1750]
2. XP bonus from donor status is applied after (or before, doesnt really matter) the XP bonus of an Egg:
[ex. (1000 x 1.5) x 1.25 = 1875]
If the former is true the next XP gain is less significant, but still not insignificant.
What boggles my mind is that you seem to think that comparing the impact of an egg to that of donor status means anything. I never said the donor status bonus is better than the egg bonus. You know why I didnt....because I know that 50% > 25%. HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!! Aint that something! You are getting caught up in comparing numbers, while ignoring what the difference in those numbers actually means. "oh look 1250 doesnt look too much bigger than 1000, what a miniscule difference donor status must make...herp derp"
SO unless for some reason getting donor status precludes you from gaining XP bonus from an egg as well, your post is almost entirely moot.
if the bonuses are additive, as in example 1 above, net XP gain from donor status is roughly 15%. If the bonuses are multiplicative, as in example 2...the the net XP gain is...wait for it....wait for it....25%.
Neither 15% nor 25% are insignificant no matter how you slice it. What matters more in determining whether or not getting donor status is worthwhile (a different question entirely) is how long it takes, on average, to level a poke to 100. You say 2-3 hours.I am highly skeptical of this number, but even if its accurate one still stands to shave at least half an hour off of each go with donor status. If average leveling time is significantly higher, say 10 hours roughly, then one stands to save multiple hours, each fucking time.
k..bro?
