Both ANKA and DUCK was taken so we went with the next best thing. I can see the appeal in having a fun surprise but I don't think it would be very balanced. And as we all know, the ones we have now are there because it's an easy made balance. Anyway, this could work if some overpowered/underpowered pokemon were handpicked out of the randomization. However, I don't think it's worth the effort it in the end.

I'm not saying [i]all[/i] people are butthurt. I was just trying to make a point that it seems to be a default response from a lot of people to be blunt towards [i]the person[/i] suggesting something rather than the actual suggestion, there's a big difference. A lot of people seems to get pissed quite easily and I don't get it. So I guess you could say I'm butthurt about that. But not about the disagreement of the suggestion, don't get that mixed up. I guess I'm too old for this since "being nice" isn't cool anymore. edit: anyway, I don't mean to make this whole thing go off the rails completely. I just felt like clarifying my point. I never said it's broken. Things don't need to be broken to be improved. And again, I'm fine that people don't agree, I'm just clarifying my point.

I'm not butthurt that people don't agree with me, I'm totally fine with that. Neither am I whining. I'm simply suggesting improvement. If you don't agree with it, then that's cool. I just don't get all this douceness.

Wow, that's extremely close minded. Also, the fly mechanic is the concept of the game? lol So much extreme butthurt whenever someone comes with suggestions, tone down.

I don't understand why some of you sees this as a problem because it makes you come off as lazy. It's comfortable, what's wrong with that? I'd really like to know the reasoning behind this. (If it's cause of "dragonair can suck my balls", that's obviously a joke) Anyhow, it's good to know this has been brought up within the staff.

The reason that idea sucks is because it sucks. It's a bad solution to something that can be improved in this case. Why use 5 and a shitty one, while you can use all 6?

I don't know how you guys feel about this but I think the HM thing has always been annoying. The reason is because sometimes, people don't want to use (for an example) flying pokemon. Which makes using the HM fly very annoying because you need to switch out one of your 6 pokemon. So how can this be made better? I think there's 4 ways. [b]1.[/b] Make the HM's useable without having to teach it to any pokemon [b]Pro[/b]: It will be very comfortable to do it this way. [b]Con[/b]: It doesn't really make sense. [b]2.[/b] Make a specific slot for HM's that will not be used in battle. [b]Pro[/b]: Makes sense and is slightly more comfortable. [b]Con[/b]: Not as comfortable as 1. [b]3.[/b] Make it possible to remotely use a HM from a pokemon from your Box, that knows the move. [b]Pro: [/b]Also very comfortable. [b]Con: [/b]Doesn't make sense. [b]4.[/b] Make "HM slave" slots where the pokemon are not able to be retrived to be used in battle, but can only be used for HMs. [b]Pro:[/b] Comfortable. [b]Con:[/b] Makes more sense. [b]WHY?[/b] I don't see any reason why not. It's just bothersome to have to run back and switch pokemon whenever you need to use a HM that your pokemon of choice can't use, or you don't want to waste a slot for. Thoughts? Edit/reminder: Dragonite isn't a good solution. Why would you want to settle for something "eh" when it can be improved to be something much better?

I'm aware of Alex, I follow him on some sites. He does some cool stuff. As for ben10, I've never seen that stuff before.
