I think it would be cool to allow the use of the Masterball in the safari zone. It must be crushing to see a shiny rare safari pokemon and for it to flee. (inb4 all the shiny safari pokemon owners neg me)

[/quote] You don't see the same pokemon all the time. OU is a non-exclusive tier (ignoring Slaking) so you even see competitive UU pokemon used, as well as lesser used OU ones. All the pokemon that you listed will be easily countered by any seasoned player

UU is stupid for team tournament IMO...
