  1. Made a few quick edits to smooth it out. May un-die soonish and start making some more sprites.
  2. This is how it was in Emerald, and it also means not being able to rely on the same few Pokemon for each facility. While that may seem like an inconvenience, it's arguably a good thing from a game design perspective. It gives lv100 Pokemon a point outside of utility, something that they're currently sorely lacking. This has been suggested multiple times in the past, but I can't see it ever happening.

  4. Yes, you can turn off NDS Pokemon sprites by going to menu > settings > DS Options > DS Sprites.
  5. The only way to set an avatar is to use Gravatar. You can't directly upload images.
  6. I recommend changing the typeface you've used throughout it, wide letters are not easy on the eyes unless used sparingly such as in titles. It looks quite poor when it's used everywhere - especially in the chat box. I'd make the Pokemon slots in the PC more visible too. Aside from that, not bad.

    Hoenn and Kanto

As soon as you have 4 badges in your first region, you can go to the other region via ferry at Slateport/Vermilion. You can move freely between them after that as soon as you have access to the second region's port town.
  8. Open the Global Trade Link from a PC instead of the menu. If you do, a Create Listing tab will be available. You can deposit your Pokemon into that, set a price, then it will be visible for everyone to see.
  9. Sorry, Mega Charizard X isn't a flying type~ Only regular Charizard and its Y Mega are part flying.
  10. Nope, because Mega Charizard X isn't a flying type~ It's Fire/Dragon.
  11. PvE actually means "Player vs Environment", not "player vs enemy".
  12. The machines have equal odds. None are better or worse than others.
  13. The Light Ball raises both attack and special attack. Whether to go with Pikachu or Raichu would depend primarily on the tier you intend to play in. Pikachu is part of the UU tier and Raichu is part of the NU tier. If this is for OU, Pikachu's raw power sets it apart from other Pokemon (although it's likely to go down on one hit) whereas Raichu is outclassed in pretty much every way. Raichu's base speed is 100, and the Light Ball's stat multiplication doesn't work like that. It doubles the actual stats (resulting in them being significantly higher), not the base stats.
  14. Thanks for pointing that out, I've moved it to the day before.

    Ch'ding stick

This is intentional. The Stick was removed as it has actual value now due to being a requirement for the Swords Dance tutor. You can get another stick from wild Farfetch'd and from the Pickup ability on certain routes.

  17. We have an actual trading subforum. You can find it here.
  18. This is apparently quite difficult to implement, but I won't rule it out as an impossibility. Hovering over the text can make it easier to read unless the line is long enough that it can fill the reader's entire screen.
  19. You can go back to Kanto once you reach Slateport City. I'm afraid that we can't teleport you across regions, so it's the only way.
  20. A Moemon version can be included, but there has to be an actual Pokemon in the picture.
  21. It is likely that all stats will be reduced, even if they would work for HP ice. The chance of your Eevee keeping those 31s is extremely low.
  22. People can be included, but the Pokemon is the main focus~ I'll make that a bit more clear.
  23. Explanation: The Lilycove art museum is planning an exhibit each month showcasing a different type of Pokemon. For a month, they have decided to feature flying type Pokemon. Will your artwork be the highlight of the exhibit? Entries can be submitted in any form - from hand-drawn to digital to sculpture to 3D model. A flying type Pokemon must be the focus of each artwork, but people and other Pokemon can be included. Mega evolutions and special forms are allowed as long as they are part flying type. Date/time for submission: February 5th (00:01 EST) until March 5th (23:59 EST) Prizes: First place: Choice of which type the next contest will feature (that hasn't been done yet) AND 1000 Reward Points OR 1,000,000 Pokeyen. Second place: 500 Reward Points OR 500,000 Pokeyen. Rules: All artwork must be 100% original. Tracing or manipulating existing images is not allowed. Only one entry per user. If you wish to replace your entry, please do so by editing your post. All entries must be submitted on time and in this thread. Your post must contain your in-game name. The Pokemon you draw must be partially or fully of the FLYING type. Arceus is considered to be a normal type, so is not eligible. 24. Any Pokemon in the same egg group can breed with each other. For example, Bulbasaur is in the plant and monster egg groups. It can breed with Oddish, which is in the plant group. It can also breed with Charmander, which is in the monster and dragon groups. You can see which group each Pokemon falls into using your Pokedex. Genderless Pokemon, despite having egg groups of their own, can only breed with Ditto however. The Pokemon in the egg will always be based on the mother's species unless the mother is capable of producing more than one Pokemon (such as Nidoran/Illumise) or if one of the parents is Ditto. If Ditto is used, the species in the egg will always be based on the non-Ditto parent.
