She never said that there were tournaments with 3m+ value in shinies. She said she'd prefer to have 2 or 3 events with a shiny of value 3m rather than one event with a shiny of value 8m. I wouldn't mind increasing the values of tournament prizes, but within a limit. I believe twice/three times a month a price of 3-4m wouldn't break the economy. Note that this is my personal vision and may not be shared with other staff members.

If you notice your posts suddenly dissapearing, it means you have failed one or two of these two steps. When this becomes an occasional occurance, you must re-evaluate yourself and your contribution to the Competitive scene and ask yourself this "Does what I write in these Discussion threads actually contribute in a meaningful way?" What I did was duel someone and whenever I made a move, I explained in chat why I made that move so the opponent and spectators can see my reasoning behind the choices and the effects it had on the duel. Teambuilding, I honestly don't feel comfortable enough in that regard to explain how to do that, so I didn't bother.

I'm available to battle from now till 6.30pm gmt. (with exception of dinner around 4.30 gmt). Just reply your prefered time Frexa.
