Money well spent. And it will keep me occupied until X and Y comes out. If you have a WiiU this game might be even more amazing since Ultimate on the console DOES have online play.

Ahhh I missed the whole thing about the updated Jars and I was getting myself all confused. My laptop is working fine with the old jar it seems, but my desktop refused to. So glad its fixed now. [/quote] I think they more or less had it with the Wii, I liked that you could activate attacks by swinging the wii mote, felt a bit more natural than pressing buttons (Swing up to use the upthrust on the switch axe, mash A to do the swinging back and forth move) Also the fact the camera buttons were on the 'mote and the movement stick on the nun chuck (obviously) whereas now on the 3DS they are one above the other. I'm considering that circlepad pro thing now. Every now and again (while playing the demo) I'd find myself trying to swing the DS hoping it would do something. Learning the two different sets of weapon controls is so awkward when it's not obvious.

They were just epic, lance is way to slow for my liking and SnS usually just doesnt have enough power altho I do like the ability to fling yourself out the way at a moments notice. Tbh (bit off topic) I'm more excited for the pole type weapon shown in the MH4 advert. I cba with duel swords. EDIT: ahh I read that wrong, friendly flinching. Something you cant get away from. But then I don't use LS much so at least no one would yell at me lol

God i cant wait. But I can't help but think I should just wait for monster hunter 4 since this is just tri but smaller and with a couple more monsters. Also the fact I can't afford a WiiU so i wouldn't able to play online at all since the 3DS version only has local play :l
